Terms of Sale & Privacy
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Coopers. You acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions apply to your access to, and use of, this Site and the service available through this Site. In accessing or using the Site or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
Amendments to the terms and conditions and the Site
Coopers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any content or feature of this Site from time to time without notice to you. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon notification on the Site.
Coopers Database
By ordering Products via the Site you can elect to opt in to our database. From time to time Coopers may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by unsubscribing via a link which will be provided on all correspondence that we send to you or contacting Coopers Customer Service and you will be removed from further marketing communications.
Orders
Any order for Products placed via the Site is an offer by you to purchase those Products for the price of those Products (together with all applicable Delivery Fees and Taxes) at the time you place your order. Confirmation by Coopers of receipt of your order does not signify Coopers acceptance of your order.
Coopers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order for any reason in Coopers’ absolute discretion (including, without limitation, where any Product in the order is not available, if there is an error or omission in the price or description of the Product on the Site or payment in respect of the order is unable to be processed). Coopers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any Product without prior notice to you. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment acceptable to Coopers. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Orders for Coopers Store products must be placed online via the Site . Phone orders will not be accepted. Dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other persons who intend to resell the Products, are not permitted to place orders for Products via the Site.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coopers shall not be liable for any Loss howsoever caused (including through our negligence), suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with: (a) your access to, or use of, the Service, the Site, any Materials, or any website linked to the Site; (b) any decision or action taken by you in reliance on any Materials; (c) any error or defect in the Site or any website linked to the Site; (d) any error or defect in the Service; or (d) any order for Products.
The above disclaimer does not attempt or purport to exclude liability under any statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by Coopers are estimates only. Coopers will not be held accountable for late deliveries or any Loss incurred as a result of or incidental to any late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where all Products are not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Coopers cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery details. Coopers reserves the right to charge you an administration fee and additional Delivery Fees for redelivery of your order.
Fragile Products will be sent at your risk. Coopers will take no responsibility for any breakages or damage to the Products during delivery.
The Products will only be able to be delivered if someone is at the delivery address to accept the order. If the order is unable to be delivered, a card will be left in the delivery address. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to despatch your order within 2 business days (excluding public holidays) i.e. if you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a public holiday your order will be despatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Each order may only be sent to one delivery address.
Delivery Address Details
Please ensure you confirm your delivery address at the ‘Confirm and Pay’ page in the checkout section of the Site. Should you need to change your address for delivery after submitting your order, please contact Customer Service immediately at customerservice.uk@diybeer.com or phone 0141 357 1978.
Attempts will be made to update any incorrect order details, however, if your order has been despatched it cannot be amended. Where possible, Coopers will cancel your orders and arrange for the Products to be returned to the warehouse for re-shipping.
International Orders
www.uk.diybeer.com distributes products within the UK only.
If you reside in the USA or Canada you can order through the local Coopers DIY Beer agents - Coopers DIY® at us.diybeer.com.
Coopers distributes brewing products internationally. Distributor contact details are listed on the Coopers website http://www.coopers.com.au/contact-details/brewing-products-distribution.
Coopers will not be liable for any loss arising from or incidental to your dealings with any third party supplier.
Pricing
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the price of each Product ordered on the Site together with all Delivery Fees and Taxes set out in these terms and conditions. Prices for Products are shown on the Site at the time you place your order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices for Products are subject to change from time to time. Subject to these terms and conditions, once we have accepted your order, we will not change any prices that apply to the Products in that order.
The Coopers Online Store has a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery to mainland UK. There is no minimum or maximum weight on orders. The price is subject to change if Coopers is running a shipping promotion.
Payment
If Coopers is unable to successfully process payment of your order, Coopers may reject or cancel your order. If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise Coopers to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated credit card. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
Promotions
*ROTM FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping on ROTM packs will continue until stocks last. The Recipe of the Month Pack will incur no delivery fees. This offer is only available on the Recipe of the Month Pack to deliveries to mainland UK. All other products in your cart will incur delivery fees even if they are purchased in the same transaction as the Recipe Pack. No further discounts apply including Coopers Club discounts
*FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70: Free shipping will be applied when your total basket is equal to or greater than £70 (after discounts, members discounts and shipping fees). When your cart is equal to or over £70 the shipping fee will be removed from your cart automatically. Applies to deliveries to mainland UK only.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange
If you are a personal shopper and have changed your mind about your purchase you may, at your cost, return any Products to Coopers within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will happily exchange or refund the amount you paid for the Products if the Products are returned in as new condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in the original packaging; and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Coopers is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.
If you return a Product that you consider is defective or is otherwise in breach of your consumer guarantees, it may be necessary for the Product to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.
Please ensure returns are made via registered post as any Products returned are your responsibility until they reach our premises. We do not accept responsibility for lost items. Please ensure you package the Products properly to prevent any damage to the Products. Coopers will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

You are not entitled to an exchange or refund if:
you are responsible for the fault/defect
you were advised of the fault/default at the time of purchase
you discover that the Products can be purchased cheaper elsewhere
the Product was a free promotional item
the Products were purchased on sale
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of your order. If your order has already been despatched, Coopers reserves the right to refuse to cancel your order. If Coopers is able and agrees to cancel your order after despatch, Coopers may require you to pay a cancellation fee.
Service
Coopers does not represent or warrant that the Site or the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or defect-free. Coopers does not represent or warrant to you that any electronic files available through the Site or the Service will be free of Harmful Code.
Security
You acknowledge that despite all reasonable precautions on the part of Coopers, there is a risk of unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your transmissions of data or of information contained on your computer system or on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coopers accepts no liability for any Loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of such activity.
Change of Service
Coopers reserves the right to make any changes to the Service considered by Coopers as necessary or desirable. Coopers will use all reasonable endeavours to give prior notice of such changes on the Site but you acknowledge that prior notice may not be able to be given in respect of all changes (including, without limitation, any urgent necessary changes to remedy errors or defects on the Site).
Lawful use
You must use the Site and the Service for lawful purposes only and ensure that your access to, or use of, the Site and the Service is not illegal or prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to comply with all Applicable Laws in using the Site and the Service. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from Coopers’ suppliers, Coopers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Coopers shall refund the amount charged by Coopers in respect of the relevant Products to your credit card as soon as practicable after cancellation.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions unless the context otherwise requires:
Agreement means the Agreement between you and us comprising these terms and conditions;
Applicable Laws means any and all statutes, regulations, by-laws, ordinances or subordinate legislation in force from time to time which pertains to your use of, and access to, the Site and the Service;
